함수

1. 펀칭

▶6개의{0}}다이 회전{1}} 플레이트 구조는 상부 다이와 하부 다이가 항상 중앙에 있도록 합니다.

▶Six Punching dies can punch 6 different kinds of holes so you don't have to replace the dies frequently.

▶Electroplating technology which is not easy to be rust.

2.커팅

▶우리는 날카로운 전단을 사용합니다. 따라서 인터페이스는 드룹 버 또는 낭비 없이 정말 평평합니다.

3. 굽힘

▶ PLC system can automatically generate and process data according to the thickness and curvature of the material.▶ It can supplement and reuse the field processing data at any time.▶ The display screen adopts the color touch screen mode, which can display and operate the data.▶According to the actual operation, the adjustment of elastic compensation and holding time can be set to ensure that the angle is more accurate after processing.▶ The system also can set parameters of customized bending die to meet the needs of customers.

CNC 소개	We use Siemens PLC control which you can just enter the angle. The bending precision is ±1 degree and repeat bending precision ±0.5 degree .Three stations can be work at the same time. You also can only enter item's height ad width to produce the item you need.(as Z type blending)
